Activation

Subscription is bi-monthly (delivered every 2 months).
Payments are prepaid a month in advance of the delivery month, and are automatically renewed on the 5th of the payment month.
(For example all payments for the January box will be processed on December 5th)

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the 5th of the month.

Subscription options are available as:
Month to month ($67/box plus shipping. Auto charged every 2 months) or;
3 month prepay ($66/box plus shipping. Auto charged every 6 months)
